By downloading or using Spacian, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About Spacian

Spacian provides space launch and event information, reminders, and related news. Content is for informational purposes and may change without notice.

Premium subscriptions and lifetime purchase

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and for renewals within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings.
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no renewal.
Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you confirm purchase.

Apple handles billing and payment processing. We do not receive your full payment information.

User responsibilities

Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
Keep your device secure and up to date.
Do not rely on Spacian for safety-critical decisions.

Third-party content and links

Spacian may display links to third-party websites or sources. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

Intellectual property

The Spacian app, brand, and related content are owned by P/E Dmytro Polianskyi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms; the latest version will be posted here.

Disclaimer of warranties

Spacian is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P/E Dmytro Polianskyi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Spacian.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
